Whitewater Draw

This was our second visit to Whitewater Draw outside Bisbee, Arizona where we spend winters. This annual Sandhill Crane migration happens every January and February, and we headed out with a bunch of Bisbee artist friends to see it, some to draw, some top photograph. This beautiful (screech?) owl lives in a structure by the parking lot.

Beautiful day to observe thousands of birds from Siberia via Nebraska.
